John Adams Elementary School — 229.5 kW Solar Install

John Adams Elementary is expanding its commitment to clean energy! We’re enhancing their existing solar infrastructure by integrating 425 high-performance 540-watt solar panels directly onto the school’s roof. This significant addition will boost their total solar capacity to an impressive 229.5 kW DC, directly feeding into the school’s SDGE 480/277 volt switchgear. Once completed by Fall 2025, this project will dramatically increase the school’s energy independence and reduce its carbon footprint, providing a brighter, greener future for its students.
